GHD Helios

I Purchased a GHD Helios Professional hair dryer in orchid pink for R2 970.00 in August 2022. The hair dryer's speed settings have a delay. Whenever I put the speed on low, it will continue to blow on high speed the a few seconds. I contacted GHD on 7/2/23 by email but they are ignoring me. I re-send my complaint on 27/3/23 to no avail???
