Poor service,like very bad service 😡😡😡😡😡

Ordered the solar panel, and service around April, Good Friday time.. they delivered the product and technician… only to find the battery they brought is not linking with thw first one( which are still theirs installed last year around May) they took the old battery and said they going to install something that will make it link… fast forward, they slowed down on delivery back the battery, ended up courier(ing) the battery with no technician and asked husband to instal. The battery is still not working and Hlulani and his wife are now saying I should get someone local.. my question is who?? I hate the last several they gave us and is always one story after another.
