Ghazal all time low

After dining at Ghazal recently, it is sad to see an old time favourite turn into less than mediocre. The service was appalling. The one dish was incorrect, but we did not return it as we had waited approximately 50 minutes for the food. The second dish was cold and mild instead of hot. When the management came to check, this was politely explained and all he could muster was, “so it’s okay”, then again ! Will not go back. Like so many other things in SA.. it is in free fall .. not even the management were decent. Appalling overall
