Poor quality & poor service

I contracted this company to install a few single aluminium doors and one window in December 2019. From the initial installing, done by Garth Herbert and team, I had concerns about this company, given the unorganized, badly equipped and unprepared they was for the install. Most of the install was done, except the stable door in my kitchen was incomplete plus other finishing off work. They closed for December, will come back in new year. Unfortunately I made the mistake of paying them the rest of the money, trusting they will come back. January 2020 came and the issues started. I had to constantly hound them to come and complete the job, one excuse after another, one missed appointment after another and when they did come, they do one 1 or 2 small things but not the rest, after providing list of items on multiple occasions. Finally this week, after giving them an ultimatum to complete the work, again they had to come out twice. But all that they did was make a mess off it. The stable door, I my opinion, was never manufactured correctly from day one, given that I have seen another company install the same type of door the way it should be and I wanted. Now I have one horrible looking latch in the inside keeping top and bottom sections together that isn't even the right color, outside strip covering the gap between top & bottom (that I asked to be fitted, but should have been there) has been cut skew and the gap filling and sealing on various other installs was done poorly and looks awful. Instead of admitting they made a mistake with the stable door (and various other things) and re-doing it, they just constantly tried to patch it and just made it worse. I would eventually, when budget permits, try and get it fixed or completely re-done by another company. Don't even want to look at the door anymore. I don't know if I was the only one receiving this bad service, but I would not recommend this company, cause there manufacturing is of poor quality, they badly equipped and provides poor service altogether.
