Poor service and non delivery

We paid a 50% deposit (R6200) for a stack door in June 2014, and have been struggling ever since to get the door delivered. <br> Gustav has made countless promises for delivery, but there is always a new excuse. We have given him several chances to rectify the situation, but he doesn't deliver on his promises. <br> We can't wait any longer and will have to order the door from a new supplier. Gustav has promised to refund the deposit but keeps on postponing. <br> We are forced to take legal action. Gustav, pay up or face the consequences and legal costs incurred. I will not let this go, you will pay back every cent!
