1 year later, still not delivering!!!

Gustav Hoekstra still owes us R10 000.00 after he did not install the window panels at our house. He never delivered the items, and when we demanded our R29 000 back, he only paid R19 000.00 on his own terms. Which is fine, but he still owns us R10 000.00. Wouldn't it be nice if we all couls make a living like this?!!! *****!!!!!
