Rude Receptionist

The receptionist that answers the phone at this company is very rude. You should not have someone like this on your front desk because you will loose customers. She even hangs up the phone while you enquiring and when you phone again she hangs up. She was very rude to me. She said her name is Thandeka, if that's even her real name.
