Substandard Home Renovations & Theft of Cash

The owner submitted a quotation and started in June 2022. Required substantial amounts of money to start work. All projects carried out have had to be reworked not only by this contractor but also other contractors after he absconded thus from the contract site. After receiving approximately R137 000 the contractor of this business namely Carl Coetzee has been ubcontactble and closed off his WhatsApp business account so he de*****ed and stole our money. He lies at every opportunity and doesn't pay and under pays them, adding to this he's verbally abusive towards them.
