Useless app and support

Bought 2 x geyserwise max wifi units, worst app experience in the history of apps, not even a option to create a account as per the instruction manual. email requesting assistance was of no use. I should not need to mail anyone to simply create a account and connect my hardware to use as intended. worst buy ever.
