I have three geyser wise units installed since 2009, two at my current property…other than a transformer that failed after a lightning strike in 2010/2011 I never had a problem… the transformer was replaced free of charge….Service from geyserwise to me have always been excellent….

Note: A controller can only provide saving if it has been set up to manage your system correctly… My current 300L solar geyser with 25 x Daimler Benz designed Isoll vacuum tubes is controlled by a Geyserwise max system… I have used 292 hrs x 2kW since I have installed the system in 2015… We are a family of four and family tend to come to visit during rainy weather… I could never have achieved this saving without the geyser wise having been set up correctly to minimise standing losses and maximise absorption of solar energy during the day…
