Honouring a warrantee !!

When Solarpro, the installer of my retrofit solar geyser installation failed to respond to my request to replace the faulty 12C DC solar pump after having operated only about seven months, I took it into my own hands to visit Geyserwise. I took the faulty pump with and Geyserwise replaced the pump via my local plumber ! Thank you very much, it is appreciated !
