With just an hour to go before the long Easter weekend shutdown, I walked into Geyserwise Centurion expecting a wait — instead, I was met with exceptional service.

Jarod was an absolute star. He didn’t hesitate for a second, quickly assessed my Geyserwise Max (still under warranty), and replaced the motherboard on the spot. Friendly, efficient, and clearly passionate about what he does — Jarod is a credit to the brand!

Bester was equally impressive, taking the time to patiently walk me through how to programme the control panel. The attention to detail and willingness to help, even at the last hour, was truly appreciated.
