On the 1st of December 2022 I wrote a review on how unhappy I was with the Geyserwise system that was installed in our new home. Nicolene from GeyserWise wasted no time in ensuring that I was assisted. The issue was assigned to Gavin, who wa s such a breath of fresh air. He guided me on how to fix the unit via Whatsapp and when that didn't work, he came and made sure the issue was sorted on a rainy Tuesday night.
