Geyser Boys was contacted to replace a burst geyser which was under warranty. They replaced the Geyser but after numerous calls to them and Solar Systems I did not have hot water for about 2 weeks. They sent workers to check and take photo's of the installation but could not solve the problem. I contacted Geyserwise who referred me to an agent wish solved the problem within an hour. The result was that the connections were loose and some wires were burnt due to loose connections. Their incompetence could cause the house to be set on fire not even talking about the the fact that they could not solve the problem.
