Extremely bad manners

Geyser Al**** Products CC had to do repairs under warranty to my geyser. The plumber signed his name as Scorpion and the owner or manager is Robert. While Scorpion was busy working the water came streaming through the roof. He refused to continue with the work and my wife had to contact the office (Robert) to resolve the situation. Scorpion had an extremely arrogant and stubborn attitude inside our house and when my wife contacted Robert at the office he was even more rude over the phone - apart from his incapability to calmly resolve the situation he addressed my wife as \vroumens"and had a terrible attitude. This company does not understand how to interact with customers and these two men eventually drove my wife to tears. I would not advise any customers to use this company. """
