Getwine failing to remove contact detail from their database despite numerous requests
Some time back I decided I did not want to get messages from Getwine about their specials. Their SMS messages do not have the legally required unsubscribe link, so I asked nicely to be removed. I had a very nice lady tell me that I would be removed. That did not happen. I tried again. No change. Now 10 messages later I am considering taking legal action against them The take away? Don't give them your contact details they won't delete them when you request them to and they don't have an unsubscribe link on their SMS messages

Two weeks later the next advertising SMS arrived promising discounts. I hoped that there was just a lead time, but no seven more sms-es have arrived since. Also with out an unsubscribe link. Now I am afraid I will have to go to law to stop this harassment.
