Information on website is incorrect, not to be trusted

We arranged and paid for a transfer to Copenhagen Airport. The information on the website said the trip would be 3 hours and 8 minutes, but the driver informed us that he would only be able to do it in 5 and a half hours, we would miss our flight. They were not prepared to arrange another trip for us our pay us back. Highway *******
