I'm extremely disappointed with my experience.

I signed up for the free trial and cancelled the subscription the very next day because the subscription price was too expensive for me. I made sure to cancel well before the trial period ended.

Despite this, I was charged today. I immediately contacted them and followed all the required steps to request a refund. Their response was simply that they would not refund me, although they did cancel my subscription.

I feel this is extremely unfair, especially since I cancelled the subscription long before the free trial ended. I still want my refund!

Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend using this website. Be very careful when signing up for the free trial and make sure you keep proof of your cancellation.
