I've ordered a Genki 1000w Power Station last Thursday afternoon, 24th November 2022, due to the fair price, and quick response from Getpower upon online order, I've decided to order for my mother one as well the very same day. I had two separate orders, but Genki contacted me explaining they can deliver both Power Stations with one delivery fee with the courier. Monday 28th November 2022 both Power Stations were delivered in extremely well packaging and working PERFECTLY!! In addition, Genki was in contact with me via email regarding the shipping and delivery all the time, until the two packages were delivered and in my possession. I just want to say THANK YOU GENPOWER, in ABUNDANCE for your profoundly excellent service!! I definitely became a returning customer! I still need to stock up with my house-load shedding-necessities.
