www.getmypill.co.za no response!

I requested and paid for a script via www.getmypill.co.za on the 14th of October. Script received an hour later via email. Name was incorrect, requested new script, received this morning. The script was rejected by the clinical nurse. I have sent through emails and tried to contact the practice on *** numerous times and I am unable to get a response from getmypill.co.za! I am requesting for a refund as this website does not commit to what it says.
