Unhappy furious CELLC client

Firstly I also did NOT agree to add this service to my contract but they subtracted a fee from my account. When calling numerous times there is a 30-day cancellation period that no one mentions when they add you to a service you did not agree to!! Can't CELLC just take control and don't let services just be added to any person's account. I LOVE cellC but this will surely let me think twice about taking out a contract again from them and just because partners do things that's definitely not trustworthy!
