Did not stop debit order and refuse to repay money

I have cancelled my contract to end in November 2015, and the debit order was not stopped. In spite of numerous emails, and numerous promises, the amount was still debited at the end of December 2015 as well. In spite of more promises it was still debited at the end of January 2016. I am unable to get a refund for the more than R1300 that they owe me. I am now taking legal action.
