Shocking service - constantly being ignored

I placed an order and sent artwork through. After being told it would take 5 working days to complete my purchase, I am still waiting and we are on day 7. My emails and calls go unanswered. If Delme does answer, he promises to give me feedback, but does not. I asked for a company invoice - still no response there either.
