Great Service Despite Unfortunate Mishap

GetCapped went out of their way to get some personalised caps delivered to me in time for a marketing event by shipping with an overnight courier and absorbing the costs.

Sadly the courier, Dawnwing, *****ed up big time and delivered to the wrong address. This meant the caps didn't arrive on time. Despite this, GetCapped offered to send new caps (as DawnWing was impossibly slow to sort the issue out) and got fully involved in resolving the issue.
