HORRIBLE SERVICE

I booked at this premises through a Groupon deal. <br> <br> We arrived there to find no one to book us in.<br> <br> We were left hot and hungry and unattended to, we felt unsafe, beer bottles were strewn around the place. Our prepaid meals which did not appear forthcoming left us no option but to leave. <br> <br> There was a lady sleeping on the couch whom we announced our departure to and still no mention of food. <br> <br> This was supposed to be a special time away and left us extremely upset and disappointed.<br> <br> Given these unpleasant circumstances we mailed them and were given excuses such as there was a party the night before and she hadn't slept hence sleeping on the couch. And the worker on the premises showed us to our room as if that is a professional way of handling your clients. <br> <br> We requested full refund and there are just excuses, would not recommend this place to anyone wanting a special evening away.
