Possible ****

I have made a purchase online with above mentioned "company" whereby I had to make the payment before I could proceed to the medical assessment part. I completed the medical assessment with all they required. I have to add that this was during a Friday evening. Take into account that it was a weekend. However they do say there is a 48hr turnaround. It is now Tuesday afternoon and have received no update since the automatic confirmation on Friday evening 05/09/25 of the actual order and payment. I have communicated via g-mail, however am still waiting for a reply. Should I receive communication and this is resolved, I will update my review. However at this stage with all the ****s out there this feels like one.
