No Response after applying for their product

<p>I app**** for health insurance last week with Getsure, it was done online on their website. I've emailed Getsure for assistance and no one calls to confirm my application, whether it went through to them or not. I received no feedback whatsoever. I want my hospital plan cancelled immediatley because they are not telling me whats going on and they have my banking details. I've sent them emails and tried contacting them and no one replies. I want the plan cancelled immediately.</p>
