Be warned: steer clear of this andre kruger and his coupling sidney davids of sidney davids projects

Unfortunately I did not even get the opportunity to avoid this andre kruger, by the time I checked Hellopeter and saw the bad reviews, and done research and saw that he had been fined a number of times already by SACAPSA, I had already been conned by his partner, sidney davids of sidney davids projects (you see I say openly that sidney davids is a ******, and I also posted a review where I warn people that he is a ******, and I also reported him to SACAPSA telling them that he is a ******, because I have the evidence to prove it). This is how this andre kruger got me: I needed an architect and came across a platform BARK (will definitely never use it again), where I posted a request for an architect. This one sidney davids came to my house, saying he is an architect with years of experience, so I gave him the job (my mistake I did not check Hellopeter, and in saying this, please people, post reviews so that we can help each other not to lose our hard-earned money). It was only when I received a notification from the planning department to go check on the portal, that I saw the plan had been rejected because it was incorrect /incomplete, and the architect was this andre kruger, whom to this very minute as I am writing here, have never seen or heard from, and it is only obvious that the plan would be incorrect because he had never been to my house. When I questioned the sidney davids about this andre kruger being the architect, when it was him who had presented himself to me as an architect, he arrogantly responded saying that he don't need to tell me everything?? After conning me to get my money?? I did report both of them to SACAPSA. The person who checked my plan at the planning department even said I should go open a case at the SAPS against the 2 of them. I also received an administrative penalty, and the planning department said, in their email, that one of the reasons for the determination of the amount was because there was no letter of motivation? Where is the architect? So this 2 work as a team, I do not know which one is actually drawing the plan, because with such type of people you cannot put anything past them, SACAPSA told me that sidney davids is not and has never been registered with them as anything, so I do not know whether he is drawing the plan and andre kruger is just putting his name to it, or sidney is the front and andre does the plan, etc, etc, etc, but I am out more than R10000 and going in to the 7th month now with no plan. I have all the communication between myself and the various people/departments. Steer clear of this 2 if you do not want to become their next victim.
