I would like to ask what I can do with this company "get plans direct" it's been a year now and we are still waiting for an approval on our building plan. They are two guys named faeez wagner and Andrew they have been giving us the run around for a year now and now that we asked for a refund they are not responding to any of our calls or emails. They give poor service the only time we saw them was to meet them for the first time and then when they came to collect the money and never again they just give us stories via email. Please help what can I do
