Unfair/Mala fide business deal and Poor service delivery

I bought a vehicle, a 2011 Chrysler Grand Voyager 3.8 limited a/t Black in colour, from Get More Car dealership in Kyalami-Midrand. I collected it on 15 July 2022 and drive it for 2 days. I discovered that it has engine and gearbox oil leaks as well as white smoke from exhaust system. I immediately reported this matter to the dealership, John Cooper and Janine. I returned the vehicle on 21/07/2022. Ever since that date,the vehicle is not in my possession and I never had a joyride. I wrote emails to dealership and Marquis finance cancel the deal. They insist I collect the vehicle again and continue with the vehicle sale/deal. It's clear that the vehicle is not in good running condition and has major mechanical problem. Simply will be paying for something I cannot enjoy. I just received the watsap now, 22 October 2022 from Marquis finance saying I should take delivery of vehicle and continue with the deal. It is so unfair. I'm treated like this, solely because I'm Black, disadvantaged and poor
