Bad business conduct from Get More Car

I sold a vehicle to Get More Car in Joburg and they collected it on 03 February 2023. Somehow the vehicle remained on my name and is collecting traffic fines in another province (Western Cape) and those fines are on my name and being sent to me by the municipality. The traffic offenses happened after I sold and handed the vehicle to the new owners Get More Car. It's now been over a month since selling the vehicle. I sent the fine to Get More Car so that they can pay but they are not providing the funds. When I spoke to them they promised to pay, I made follow ups to no avail. They also tell me this should not be happening and that they will talk to the municipality but I'm not interested in that, it's already bad enough that I'm getting fines on my name for a vehicle that I sold to Get More Car long ago, I'm not interested in explanations I just want the fines paid and my name removed from that vehicle cleared.
