Service cancelation not completed

In September 2015 I have requested to cancel a service called Get it. Since the cancellation request in September, I am still being billed for this service. Every month I contact them to ask whether or not this service has been cancelled and only to find out that the cancellation process was only completed in November and that end of November was the last billed month, however when checking my bill this month with cell c, they confirmed yet again that I'm still being billed for this service. I have now had enough of this and therefor felt the need to report this... not bad service... it can not be called a bad service when NO SERVICE has been provided! Get it is a service provider which form part of Cell C!
