Over 30 days and they haven't gotten back

After I realised that I no longer make use of the service I decided to cancel it. The call center agent told me that somebody from cancellations would call me to cancel the service.<br> <br> It has been over 30 days now and nobody has called and I am still paying for this service I do not use.
