GET IT...stay with it?!?!

Since October 2015 I have requested to cancel a service called Get it. As of today's date 26.01.2016 i am still being billed for this service. I have contacted them every month to ask whether or not this service has been cancelled and to stop debiting me, however when checking my bill this month with cell c, they confirmed yet again that I'm still being billed for this service and yesterdays deduction still included this \Get It"charge. Get it is a service provider which form part of Cell C"
