Cancelled but reactivated by get it

I cancelled the get it service twice first time no one came back to confirm cancelation. I had to pay another month, second time some one came back to me at end of month so had to pay another month. The account was then cancelled for a month. it was reactivated on my name by get it in august and now reflecting as a double payment. HOW DO YOU CANCEL THIS *******
