Not trustworthy, be warned

I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before dealing with Get In and Go Motors. My father viewed and purchased a vehicle from them about a month ago. After a full inspection, we were assured that there were no issues with the car. However, the very next day, the engine light came on — which was an immediate red flag. When we raised this with the dealership, they were initially unwilling to take the car back and only did so after we mentioned that we would involve lawyers. Throughout this process, M. Kader (who appears to be the owner) continuously gave excuses and avoided taking accountability. After returning the vehicle, we were told that the refund would be processed within 7 working days. Instead, it took over a month — with constant follow-ups and no clear communication. It was only after my father’s employer intervened and again mentioned legal action that the payment was finally returned. Even then, the amount was short by R5,000. When questioned, we were told this was for “valet and cleaning the lights,” which is completely unreasonable given the circumstances. This entire experience was frustrating, stressful, and highly unprofessional. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Please be cautious — what we went through is not something I would wish on anyone!
