Inverter procurement.

On 5th December I ordered an inverter on their Website and send them proof of payment and received notification the order was accepted.. On 6th December I queried delivery and was told that the funds do not reflect on their bank statement and are on hold in their system. I also upgraded my system which increased my cost and was concerned that this is a ****. On 8th December I received notification that they received my order and has been processed. They kept me updated on the shipping process and The item was delivered on 10yh December at my holiday home in Betties Bay.
