They dont repay deposits

Staying in their rooms is a bad idea: 1.) The rooms are filthy (****roaches everywhere), 2.) They do not repay deposits. If you find yourself in a similar predicament (where they are not repaying your deposit) don't take it lying down, go to the small claims court, get a letter of demand, if they refuse to sign it get an affidavit from the police then get a summons. Also make sure you report them to the rental housing board and any authority you can think of that needs to know such things (maybe SARS because deposits are non taxable only if they are placed in a separate trust account- which they clearly aren't doing). Do not let them exploit you
