Bad service

I purchased a dress online, it is nearing 2 weeks now without receiving my order. When I emailed the shop to enquire and request a refund, I got contacted by one of their personnel who claimed the dress has been dispatched a week ago, she promised to follow up with their courier company and give me feed back, yet I have heard nothing from them.

We want to support local designers, yet what we get is below mediocre. If it wasn't for the heavy import taxes I'd be purchasing from overseas only. I am truly disgusted to say the least.
