DO NOT USE GEROME REMOVALS

I made a booking with Gerome removals on the 8th of March 2019 and paid the confirmation deposit of 50% of the fee. The move was due to happen at 9am on Wednesday the 13th of March. Not only did Jerome not pitch, he phoned another removal company at 8:15 on the morning of the 13th and they arrived at the location at 10:10 with no idea of what the move entailed. I phoned an emailed Jerome repeatedly and he has not responded to me at all. He had also told the removal guy who helped out that I would pay him R2000, while the outstanding amount was R1425.
