Ger-Mo-Tech Wellington discuss

Got qoutation for a simple job takes about 3h, prebooked 7 days before comensment (cv boot replacement).

After 3days and weekend (5days total) vehicle was ready for colection.

Original qoute price was more than doubled after job done !!! Reply was 'sorry'.

Week after discovered cv boot was not fitted accordingly.

Reply was to take vehicle elsewhere to fix problem and they wil refund me.

I took the vehicle elsewhere and cv was replaced within 3 hours and cheaper than Ger-Mo-tech original qoute.

Only the amount for elsewhere was refunded.......

Bad Bad business that openly do dishonest unsatisfactory work.

Asked to speak to owner 'Collin' still waiting for 8 weeks now... no reply after reminding them weekly.
