<p>I stayed in the Germiston Residential Hotel for 3 months, and be very careful if you consider staying here. The do not notify you of their notice clause in order for you to move out without notice so they can withold your deposit. They also have no security and weekly break-ins. In the 3 months I was there I got ****** 3 times amounting to thousands of rands of damage, and they refuse to take responsibility despite there being no security, no cameras and no alarms. I would not recommend this as an option to anyone.</p>
