Worst service

This is the worst service EVER....my parcel has been ath the Germiston mail hub since the 5th Nov 2020 till now 16th Nov 2020...ONE CANNOT GET IN CONTACT WITH THESE PEOPLE TO FIND OUT WHAT IS HAPPENING TO MY PARCEL....THERE IS NO WAY TO GET IN CONTACT TO FIND OUT WHY THE PARCEL IS STUCK THERE.
