Germiston Hub enough said

I ordered a parcel from UK and it arrived the 01 of June which was supposed to be a birthday gift. It is the 31st of August it hasn't moved from the Germiston HUB. I am seriously getting annoyed. I have been phoning every number I get. The Germiston Hub's number doesn't even exist. Really why can't we have better services. Its damn annoying
