Germiston hub wake up

Post offices in sa can rather close down now,better to use a courier. I'm waiting for a parcel since 06/06/2019 until now I went a few times to Benoni post office they cant help ,call Germiston hub no one answer this is really bad service I hope someone out there some where can help tracking nr LB***SG
