Teachers bullying kids

The School is perfect and has the some of the best teachers but my son was bul**** by a teacher called Miss Mdluli, Technology teacher and still experiencing the same bullying by that teacher. As a mother I feel defeated when my son says I shouldn't say anything because me opening a complaint against her 2023, made things worse for him. She blantly told him that he doesn't want to teach him. What can I do honestly. I'm beyond defeated and I feel hopeless. Our children should be same and open to their teachers. I'm afraid that if he doesn't understand something he won't be able to get assistance from her.
