Two weeks to obtain a quote and NO work done!

Putrid service from the lady with the long hair at reception. I submitted my 1992 bmw e30 convertible for a full suspension, gearbox, brakes and cosmetic service only to receive a quote a week later after daily pestering them with calls. I then gave the go ahead, two weeks later I received the 1st call from her to inform me that my vehicle would be ready that Friday afternoon. I thanked her but unfortunately I was in jhb and would only be able to collect in the new week. Monday afternoon I walked in to take delivery only to find my vehicle in the bay and nothing had been touched just yet. I was told they were only expecting me 2 days later and therefore made provision for other urgent vehicles. This made me feel unimportant as with each call I made I was told my vehicle is very old normally they don’t accept vehicle later than year 2000. My disappointment comes as a result of two reasons #1 this was a project to my later father and #2 they didn’t meet the dew day of an event I wanted to display the car at as they promised. German spec please use this positively to better your level of service because I’d still like to support you in the future. I can confirm that a week ago since I had my vehicle taken over by another workshop It’s sorted to the bone. R14 000 later
