Wrong product supp**** despite being given right information

Needed a complete BXE engine, but was offered a different complete engine with promises that it is the exactly same engine and will work. The engine did not work because and returned to supplier encurring wong engine installation costs, diagnostics costs,etc. Requested a refund while to which supplier want to do engine exchange. Either supplier doesn't know their products or taking consumers for a ride.
