Despicable service and *********** staff members and manager

Two weeks and a few days ago I bought a Chevrolet Engine and was told that the delivery day will be confirmed and it will only take about 2 days.

The service is despicable. The sales woman Jackie hides behind friendly words however, her service is poor . A few days passed and the sales lady did not get back to me. I was always the one to call and follow up on my product delivery.

They will not follow up on a full payment and have always dismissed my inquiries with "I will get back to you in a few minutes" or "I will call you back" and never do. This is a sale of over R20 000, yet they don't give the courtesy of giving feedback about when the customer will get their fully paid product.

Only after getting my husband to intervene, was i told by the manager that the engines they have had defects on them. The manager, Hannes is just as rude and useless. Has no respect for a customer whatsoever as he hung up on me after I wanted a refund after having waited a full week without any knowledge of when my product will be delivered.

Disgusting. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Avoid it by all means, more especially if you are buying products of high monetary value.
