impounded car

Good day My name is Gopolang, 2012 Aug I bought a car at German Motors in Bloemfontein through finance (MFC). 2016 December I was stopped at the road block and the car was impounded due to the cars Chassis number and engine number was tampered and I had nothing bro do with the tampering of the car, I was not aware because it was my first car. I consulted the dealer, bank, lawyers but till today the matter was not resolved and I finished paying the car this year January.. I am frustrated I need help I don't know where to go.. My money went to the drain. I can provide all the documents of the car

My name is Gopolang Motlou. I actually bought a car at the Dealer GERMAN
MOTORS in Bloemfontein, the car is financed by MFC. I bought it in
2012_08_01 according to the dealer the car was never involved in an
accident. 2016_12_29 i was stopped at the Roadblock and the car was being
inspected then they said my cars Last 3 chassis numbers was tappered which i
was not aware of then my car was impounded...
Earlier January 2017 i went to the dealer to inform them about the matter
they said we must wait for the police station to investigate.
After the Police station confirmed that yes the car is being tampered with
Confirmed by the VW specialist. The police station said im not gonna get my
car back i have to consult my lawyers for the Dealer to pay back my money. I
consulted Scorpion legal wise they appointed me the Attorney but the
attorney failed to help me...
I actually need help for the Dealer to pay me back
